We use biodrain in our commercial pet resort to break down hair and waste and it works great and prevents clogs and odors.

I bought a half gallon of Bio-Drain for my shelter a few weeks ago and I'm beyond impressed! You only have to use a small amount every two weeks. It keeps my pipes flowing great & has a nice smell. I'm buying some for my house asap!
