ATP is now on Shopify, a trusted platform that is an industry leader in customer shopping experience. As we transition there will be changes but the end result will be an improved customer experience. Here are answers to a few questions you may have. How do I login to my old account?
You will need to create a new password. Use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page.
What happened to my reward points?
Your reward points will still be available. If they haven't transferred automatically then call and we will make sure they get added to your new account
Where is my order history?
We could not transfer order history. Your new account will keep track of your order history as well as offering many new features not previously available.
Why did you change website platforms?
ATP wants only the best for you and you pets. Shopify is the industry leader in ecommerce. We will continue to improve and offer many exciting new features in the coming months.
